Cuba is a museum of of old American cars. I took so many pictures of these incredible relics that I decided to reserve a special album page to show them. I wish I could identify them for you but unfortunately I can't for I have never been much of a car fan.
I knew this one right away when I saw it in Trinidad, because I had a 1924 Model T one summer when I was 18 way back in 1951.
If you can identify any of the following 9 cars, please sent me an e-mail with whatever information you have at so I can complete this page.

Here is one of the strange public transport vehicles that have replaced urban busses in Havana. Needless to ask why they call them "camels".
And here is another truck-bus seen in Piñar del Rio.
All means are used to get around including this pickup-bus snapped in Santiago.
And even this pedal taxi photographed in Piñar del Rio.
Of course, tourists would not tolerate the slightest in comfort so rare hard currency had to be sacrificed to import the comfortable busses of the "Via Azul" line. I must add that to ride in Via Azul costs 20 times nore than to use the normal transport.
Here is the new bus terminal in Santiago.
